We then formalise the paperwork for your preferred supplier and confirm your order.
We’ll communicate regularly with the manufacturer and pass any updates (including product photos and videos of the process) on to you, so you’re always kept in the loop.

To make sure your products are of a high standard, we conduct quality checks prior to shipping them.

When your products are ready, we’ll handle all aspects of shipping and delivery from China.

This includes pre-shipment quality inspections, completion of customs clearance paperwork and ensure safe transport of your products.

When your products arrive, we’ll organise delivery and installation to wherever you are.

We then provide aftercare and maintenance solutions through our local partnerships with tradespeople, right here in Western Australia, to extend the lifetime of your products.
