We make working with us, simple.

We arrange a meeting (either in person or online) to understand exactly what you need. This ensures we can provide the best service and source or customise the right products to meet your requirements.

Next, we contact our suppliers/manufacturers in China, and ask for them to provide competitive quotes.

We’ll send you the quotes for review so you can choose the right solution for your business.

We then formalise the paperwork for your preferred supplier and confirm your order.
We’ll communicate regularly with the manufacturer and pass any updates (including product photos and videos of the process) on to you, so you’re always kept in the loop.

To make sure your products are of a high standard, we conduct quality checks prior to shipping them.

When your products are ready, we’ll handle all aspects of shipping and delivery from China.

This includes pre-shipment quality inspections, completion of customs clearance paperwork and ensure safe transport of your products.

When your products arrive, we’ll organise delivery and installation to wherever you are.

We then provide aftercare and maintenance solutions through our local partnerships with tradespeople, right here in Western Australia, to extend the lifetime of your products.

A leading German automobile manufacturer specialising in luxury, high-performance sports cars, SUVs and sedans, was seeking a supplier to manufacture and distribute unique gift ideas for their 80,000 new Chinese clients, to celebrate Chinese New Year.
